Meet the local host at the airport and transfer to your hotel in Kruje: transfer (considering traffic) – 40min

Start the walking tour of Medieval Town of Kruja. Kruja is considered one of the principal old town and is' one of the most glorious cities in Albania. The walking tour takes you through the Ottoman bazaar, wooden shops and displays various gifts and antique items for the home. Visit the castle walls, Historical Museum dedicated Scanderbeg (Albanian National Hero), (not included) and an old house converted into an ethnographic museum (outside), invites you to a special cultural aspect of life in northern Albania

Day 2: Kruje – Berat– Vlore
Breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Berat
Visit Berat medieval town, listed under UNESCO Heritage. We’ll visit the castle that was built on top of a rocky hill. Walking in "the city of 1000 windows" and with its narrow cobblestone streets and tilting facades, we imagine ourselves as an extra in a film from the last century. This castle is the pride and joy of the city of Berat. Its courtyard offers spectacular views of the city and the valley below, and you’re sure to get a warm welcome from the friendly inhabitants of the castle’s grounds.
Visit the Onufri Iconographic Museum, situated inside the Dormition of St. Mary Cathedral (not included)

Another UNESCO World Heritage Site, the old town is famous for being a well-preserved Ottoman style town, with its fortress overlooking the entire city, the old houses lean against the slopes of the hills with their beautiful old wooden facades. It is the birthplace of the notorious communist leader, Enver Hoxha, the city is intriguing and controversial as it preserves all phases of history. Visit of the Castle (not included) & explore the old town and the bazaar, with its characteristic shops and great opportunity to interact with local folks. Day 6: Gjirokaster – Durres – Abaia Winery – Tirana

Drive to Durres.
Stop an route to Abaia Winery. A unique winery built inside 2 bunkers, where the magic of fermentation unfolds and winemaking unites locals and foreign visitors together. The 1st bunker is used for wine making and the 2nd bunker to age the wine. Abaia Winery boats its own vineyard (1 ha), its Olive Groves and a restaurant offering crafted dishes along with the Abaia wines. Artisanal approach to winemaking, focusing on quality. Day 7: Tirana - Dajti Express – Tirana
Breakfast at the hotel and enjoy a full day tour of Tirana.
Visit Tirana, the capital of Albania, is the bigest city in Albania, with a long history enriched by the interaction of cultural forces originating in the Islamic and European Christian worlds. During the tour, you will encounter the impact of these influences in the Tirana’s architecture. The tour will highlight some symbols and remains of the communism era to provide you with a general understanding of Albanian history
Visit the Bunk ‘Art, (not included) one of the most important sites, a former top-secret nuclear bunker of solid concrete, now is a new museum showing visitors how Communist-era police persecuted the regime’s opponents, through the story of secret services.
Part of our visit in Tirana will be cable car ride to Dajti Mountain
The Dajti Ekspres (Gondola Lift) is one of a kind in Albania – the only cable car line that takes tourists for 15 min to mountaintop. The line is 4670 m long, taking travelers over the mountaintops of Dajti, towards Dajti Belvedere Hotel. A beautiful landscape underneath makes this trip one of the most memorable adventures in Tirana. The area represents landscape, cultural, historical and traditonal values.
