Arrival in Rome and transfer to the hotel. 

After breakfast, the bus will take us on a transfer to the historic center of Rome, where we will start a walking tour following the traces of the ancient Roman Empire, such as the Colosseum, ITALY AUSTRIA Roma Perugia Siena Florence Bologna Venice Padua Milan Verona Innsbruck Salzburg Vienna Mestre Ravena (Rome - Florence - Venice - Milano - Innsbruck - Vienna) ALPINE MAGIC / ITALAUSE the Pantheon, the Trajan Column and the Roman Forum. After a leap in time, we will see the Renaissance and Baroque styles represented in most of the palaces of the city, such as the Quirinale, Venezia or Farnese and in the most famous squares such as the Spanish Steps, Navona or della Minerva. We continue with a coach tour around other points of interest such as the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Vatican, Piazza Venezia and the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the Baths of Caracalla, among others. Afternoon at leisure and overnight. 

We start our tour driving to central Italy with visits to Perugia and Siena before arriving in Florence. With one of the oldest universities in Italy, founded in the 14th century by Pope Clement V, Perugia is a little gem in the center of the country. We will attracted to Etruscan remains, such as the tombs of the Velamina’s family and Roman constructions such as the aqueduct; the Palazzo dei Priori; the Maggiore Fountain, considered one of the most beautiful in the country, the Corso Vannuci Avenue or the stairs of Piazza 4 Novembre. We continue to Siena, one of the main cities of the Tuscany region. It stands out for the Piazza del Campo, where the famous horse race Il Palio is held and a meeting point in the historic center included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site, as it is considered the perfect medieval town plan. Other points of interest are the 12th century Gothic cathedral, the 14th century Town Hall and Palazzo Piccolomini, a great example of Sienese Renaissance.

Arrival in Florence and overnight.

In the morning, we will pay a visit to the capital of Tuscany, the great center of commerce and finance in Europe during the Middle Ages. Considered the birthplace of the Renaissance, its treasures include the Galleria dei Uffizi, the Pitti Palace, the Cathedral of Santa Maria dei Fiori and Piazza della Signora.

Afternoon at leisure and overnight. 

After breakfast we continue our journey to the educational center par excellence of Italy, Bologna, home of the oldest university in the world, and Ravenna, with eight buildings included in the UNESCO Heritage list for its magnificent mosaics of Roman and Byzantine art.

In the afternoon we will arrive in Mestre, in the surroundings of Venice, to check in our hotel.

We start our day with a transfer to the island of Venice to enjoy its romanticism with St. Mark’s Square and Cathedral, the Doge’s Palace and the Bridge of Sighs, the canals and its narrow streets.

Rest of the day at leisure before returning to the hotel.

Today we will depart to Padua, cultural center with the presence of the university and residence of important artists such as Donatello, Mantegna and Titian, among others. We will wonder the Basilica of St. Anthony of Padua, in Gothic style and which preserves the sarcophagus of the saint. The Prato del Valle, a square in Napoleonic style that stands out for its amplitude; the Palazzo della Ragione, the squares of the Herbs and the Fruits, the university and the cathedral are other treasures not to be missed. We continue to Verona, the cradle of lovers since William Shakespeare set his masterpiece “Romeo and Juliet” here. Visit Juliet’s balcony and the Arena, the magnificent Roman-era Theater that is still used for opera performances, concerts, etc.

Arrival in Milan and overnight. 

In the morning we will enjoy a panoramic tour of the city with the Duomo, the imposing cathedral that took 6 centuries to complete; the Vittorio Manuele Galleries; the Teatro Della Scala, one of the great temples of opera and the Sforzesco Castle.

Afterwards, we will continue our tour to Innsbruck. Arrival and overnight. 

Breakfast and guided walking tour through the center of this charming city in the Alps, whose streets combine the Middle Ages with the 21st century. Maria-Theresia Avenue with its Triumphal Arch and St. Anne’s Column lead you to the symbol of the city, the Golden Roof, the Imperial Church and the Imperial Palace.

In the afternoon, departure to Salzburg.

Arrival and overnight stay.

In the morning we will visit the hometown of the musical genius Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, passing by the Mirabell Palace, the Mozarteum (the University of Music), the Marionette Theater, Mozart’s residence and the Church of the Holy Trinity, the Music Festival Theaters, the Getreidegasse and Hellbrunn Palace. In the afternoon, departure to Vienna passing through the area of the Lakes and Mountains, known as “Salzkammergut”.

Arrival in Vienna and overnight. 

Today we will go for a sightseeing tour in Vienna. Driving around the Ringstrasse we will see the most outstanding buildings of the city, such as the Opera House, the Hofburg or Winter Palace, the Museum of Fine Arts and its twin Museum of Natural History, the Parliament, the City Hall or the Votive Church, among others. We will continue with a pleasant walking tour through the center that will take us to St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the narrow streets of the Jewish quarter, the house where Mozart lived or the Danube Canal, an area of street artists. We will finish the visit with one of the most Viennese customs: having a coffee with a Sacher cake at one of popular coffee houses.

Breakfast at the hotel and at the agreed time, transfer to the airport.
